Vacation

Here are some pics from our vacation to Michigan. We had a great time. Anastasia thinks family vacations are great - we told her we take one every summer and she suggested that we start taking them every summer AND spring! She had a blast and did great with a totally new environment and routine. We rode bikes, swam, played croquet, played tennis . . . pretty much did it all. She tried all kinds of new food and was pretty much up to trying any activity. We took an 8 mile trip around the island - so we put her on a tandem with Mark - she thought that was great and there wasn't too much peddling going on from the rear of the bike. She cracks us up regularly. Rachel told her she couldn't play with her cause she promised Dad she'd finish a chore and if she didn't Dad would get mad. Anastasia told Rachel, "No you don't have to do that, just give dad a hug and he not get mad."

She's in summer school this week and doing fine with that. Rachel heads back to UK on Saturday and Wesley is only home 2 more weeks - the summer is FLYING by!
