Another Delay

Our facilitator called today to say that preliminary hearing went well - all were in agreement that this adoption was a good thing, but due to backlog in court, our final hearing has been moved to January - instead of this week. We were supposed to catch flight tomorrow at 2:30 PM. Of course we are not happy campers. We encouraged our facilitator to check out some other options. This afternoon he said he talked to judge and she may allow us to have hearing as scheduled on Friday, or maybe next week or maybe January. He will speak with judge again tomorrow and will get back to us in morning. So right now we don't' know what our schedule is or if we will leave tomorrow. Hopefully we will know before our kids go off to school. Please pray for a softening of the judge's heart and for our facilitator to be proactive in getting this adoption completed.

And we got email from Grandma today- she said Anastasia is counting the days - hope she doesn't have to start counting all over again.
