The word today is court hearing will be on January 16. To say we are frustrated would be a HUGE understatement. The fact that Anastasia is once again being told less than 24 hours before she expects us to arrive that we aren't coming - doesn't seem to be a problem with anyone involved in this process but us. Again, there is no problem with adoption, but judge is very "busy."
