The jurors have been selected!!

Our facilitator called today. The jurors have been selected in our region (this has been the hold up). Our judge said our hearing WILL happen on December 2 - woohoo!! Yuri will attend the preliminary hearing on November 28 - we will leave on November 29 and will arrive on November 30. We'll get our tickets changed tomorrow. We're dealing with Aerosvit - a Ukrainian airline - so . . . I checked on Friday and they did have plenty of seats available. Of course - it's not all as cut and dry as this. There are MANY people that have to actually show up for court to happen - but we are on the schedule and all parties that need to be there have at least been appointed. No one is contesting the adoption and everyone has signed off on it. We'll continue to keep you posted - but this is the best news and the most specific news regarding court that we have had in the 2+ months that we have been home.

Man! It's been a busy weekend for y'all! Beth and I just thought about checking your blog and saw your wonderful news. We'll certainly pray everything goes smoothly.

Almost lost it when I saw the picture she made for you. Beth bought the coolest book for Allison, was delivered over the weekend. It's called, "When I Met You." It's awesome!

Enjoyed meeting you, and hopefully we'll get to chat soon.

Kind regards,

Glenn and Beth Carter
