Email #3 from our youngest

We got another one this morning. The computer that Anastasia was using to send emails is not working so the girl from Grandma's apartment is using her supervisor's computer to send them. It's nice to know that people who don't even know Anastasia care enough about her to help her communicate with us. She is back at the orphanage so we won't hear from her again until the weekend. She said Grandma's been picking some more mushrooms :) We shipped the boots and pants off yesterday - the shipping was as much as the contents! Yikes!! But her little feet will be warm! Update on Kirsten and Boyd - they were supposed to leave yesterday for their court hearing to adopt Sophie, but found out the night before that they do NOT have a court hearing today! OOPS! Apparently there are so many families backlogged over there, their facilitation team got confused - it was another family that had a date for court - not them. They are hearing cases in their region, so they are hoping to go next week. People are getting out of Ukraine with their kids now, which is encouraging. One family that we are communicating with got home this week - they had been there close to THREE MONTHS! Another family that Yuri is working with is coming home later this week. It's encouraging to know that folks are coming home - with their kids!
