A NEW OUTFIT

Hallelujah!! She wore a new outfit to school yesterday. It's pink - and looks very similar to her other pink sweats - but it helps with the laundry. THANKS to my buddy Tracy for sending a pink sweatshirt to her - Anastasia told me she liked it because it had POCKETS!!!! So now we know - it has to be pink, soft (sweatshirt material), drawstring pants, and POCKETS!!

She is loving school. She skips around the house. She would play on the computer all day if we let her - so we put a timer by it and limit her to 15 minutes before dinner and 15 minutes after. She is fine with that and sets the timer herself. We went to the Osbornes for dinner tonight so she didn't get her homework done - so after she was in bed, she got back up and went down and finished it - without being asked to do it.

She's really gotten around these past few weeks. One of these pics is from our visit to see Rachel at UK to watch Greek Sing (that's why Rachel was dressed like that!!!) She thought hanging out with 150 of Rachel's sorority sisters was a blast. Another picture is from when she went to Lexington to watch Wes swim in the state swim meet. Another pic is with her cousins watching her brother Carter in the Middle School Play. She went to church for the first time with us - she walked in and told Mark - "deez no church!" It certainly doesn't look like your typical church!


She has mastered riding her bike - all by herself. That was HUGE and she was very proud of herself!! Several friends are over there finishing up adoptions - our buddy Jennifer is waiting for her court date - after 11 or 12 - I've lost count - weeks!
