December 2

The news today is that our final hearing will be December 2. Everyone showed up for preliminary hearing today but were told that it could not be held because the jurors/committee for region had not been selected yet. Don't know what changed from yesterday when they met with judge but . . . Seems they are having a difficult time in Kiev finding people to be on this committee that sits and hears cases (like a jury) cause you aren't paid, it's purely volunteer and people in Kiev have jobs - well finally something that makes sense!. So in the capital city of Ukraine they continue to put off all civil cases. We are looking at other alternatives - but there really aren't any. Okay - trying not to be to "negative" here. So we'll just close now. Pray for Anastasia.
