Continuing to make progress

Here are some more pics. The artwork is what Anastasia has been working on for days. Today, she cut a piece off of one of her ribbons and unraveled that for more texture for her picture. The objects in the middle are birds! The outfit she has on is one of the ones Rachel bought for her this Fall. She loves it - it's only outfit she will wear right now! She has grown so much since we saw her in Sept, that some of the stuff we bought her does not fit!

Made some more progress this AM. Tracked down the passport lady - she says all will be ready after 3 today. So that would make us on target for our appts tomorrow. Because her visa from US Embassy will not be ready until late tomorrow afternoon, we have changed our reservations to leave on Saturday and arrive home on SUNDAY! Rachel will post when we know for sure - of course we won't know FOR SURE until the wheels leave the ground.

Hope to see you all VERY SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah...we like progress!! Glad to hear things are moving along. How scary about the family member coming forward. You know the enemy doesn't like this adoption stuff...more people potentially in God's kingdom. I think he would pull out any stops to make things fall through. But, God's will is still in place and I'm sure your prayer and totally leaning on God, made a huge diffeence. Can't wait to hear that those wheels have left the ground!

Anastasia looks very happy with you all. Thanks for keeping up with the posts. See you soon!!
