The Latest

We called our facilitator today as we had heard nothing. He did NOT meet with the judge on Monday as we were previously told - he is going to meet with her on FRIDAY! He did talk to her secretary and she said our hearing is on Monday. HMMMM - so we're waiting . . . And yes, our plane leaves on Friday. Our facilitator is confident that our hearing will be on Monday - so we're pressing ahead.

We did get an email from Oksana (the girl who lives in Grandma's apartment) today. Grandma is still in the hospital and some of her family has been visiting her. Oksana says Anastasia is a very clever girl, and understands everything that is going on. Oksana also says she misses her as she got to spend so much time with her over the holiday. We have "met" so many nice people along this journey who have stepped up to help in HUGE ways!
